Mi LUMA is the new app that allows you to register for electricity and get access to a list of frequently asked questions (FAQs) that will help you.
Mi LUMA is easy to use. First, you need to choose an account type and enter the last four digits of your social security or EIN. Next, enter a valid email address and click on "Next" to continue.
After the sign-in, you will see a list of the current service charges, bills, and payments. You can view all of them in detail, including your current account balance, the total amount due, and the date your payment is due. You can also view your account history, including the bills, payments, and outage information.
Mi LUMA also provides a 12-month history of bills and payments, so you can see the trends of your electricity consumption and find out about any unmetered areas.
